Surface Treatment
We have a comprehensive range of in-house Surface Treatment capabilities, all steelwork is shot blasted to Swedish standard SA2.5 prior to fabrication via an automated Gietart shot blaster coupled directly to our sawing and drilling infeed.
Our highly trained and competent applicators complimented by the latest in paint pump technology from Graco and Wiwa have a wealth of knowledge in the application of Sherwin Williams paint products applied on site at our March production facility immediately following fabrication.
We are accredited applicators for the off-site application of intumescent coatings providing fire protection to steelwork before erection commences at site allowing significant savings in on-site co-ordination and handover.
Our specialist galvanising partner Wedge Group allows us to offer a comprehensive range of structural coatings including galvanising to BS EN ISO 1461.
